4.4 How much do I need to pay for my delivery service?
There is no extra cost involved for our Home delivery service. However lobnan.com shopping cart should be at a minimum amount of 70 USD to qualify for free delivery, all orders under the 70 USD amount will incur a minimum fee of 7 USD.
4.5 What are the areas or locations covered for delivery?
Our delivery team covers all locations in Lebanon.
4.6 How can I speed up my products delivery?

We do apologize, as we don’t give out driver’s numbers to our customers. However our drivers will give you a call prior to arrival.
4.8 If I have changed my mind at the time of delivery, can I cancel the sale and invoice?
Yes, if you would like to return something we have delivered or in process of delivery, you may contact our customer service and unless otherwise stated on the delivery note we will collect it free if delivered. Your order number will count as your receipt. You must note the following return charges are applicable:
• Item(s) canceled that belong to an order with a total amount greater than or equal to 70 USD are subject to a 15 USD cancelation fee.
• Item(s) canceled that belong to an order with a total amount less than 70 USD are subject to a 7 USD cancelation fee
4.9 I am looking for an item and can’t find it on your website; can you get it for me?
Special orders can be sent to our customer service representitives through the contact us section and we will most definitely get back to you with an update as soon as possible.
4.10 I ordered multiple items from lobnan.com but received only half the items I ordered, what’s the reason for that?
Please check your email for your electronic invoice copy, the main reason might be that your products you purchased was selected from more than one merchants that is why your products it may delivered separately, however if you find that you have indeed purchased items that haven’t been delivered then drop us a note the contact us page or call our customer service and we will resolve your issue.
4.11 The item I want is sold out. Will it be available again?
Out of stock items will most defenitly be available as soon as possible, otherwise you may follow the special order steps mentioned above and we will without a doubt have either the product or an answer for you.

Returns and exchange have been made easy for you at lobnan.com. You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of purchase by calling
customer service to schedule pick up from your home.
5.2 I bought an item yesterday and I found that it is not working?
We will accept return of the item within 48 hours if the item is not working or is found defective. Please make sure the original packing is available, and refer to our returns section under the conditions of use page by
